There are two things to remember.
If it makes you happy, do it.
If it doesn’t then don’t.

You will not break or die or disappear if you feel your feelings. There’s no need to run away or distract yourself with some substance or panic. Wait at minute. Just stop.
Feelings are scary. We don’t want to face them because we fear the depth of our magnificent selves. Deep in the well of our being is where the truth is.
That’s the reason you are feeling something. Your inner wisdom is telling you a truth. So why are you afraid?
Take a moment to just feel without judgement, without reacting, without running away. Let your feelings come out. Turn down the chatter in your mind, silence the inner critic that dishes out fear as if it were candy. The critic is not your friend when it comes to personal growth.
Your heart is calling you. Your feelings are calling you. You are a wonderful human being. Start acting the like it.
Don’t be so selfish. The world is waiting for your wonderfulness.
Go ahead love your self and others in your world. Say good things to yourself.
Give your self credit for getting as far as you have in this life. Your life may not have been perfect. So what if your life is not perfect. Welcome to the club because no one’s life is perfect.
Stop making the world wait for you. You are important.
Go ahead be happy, gorgeous, wonderful and a rock star.
Blessings to all.
I am starting a series of very short stories with a positive theme. Please enjoy and your comments are always welcome.
Once upon a time, just a week ago I found a winding road. Since I have nothing else to do I walked on it. The beginning of the path was easy; there were no bushes or rocks to trip on, just smooth dirt. Confident I could continue unencumbered I trekked on.
As I walked the light became a little less so I had to adjust my eyes to the the light. I tripped on an upturned tree root and fell on my knees. Ouch that really hurt. I got up and brushed myself off. I wasn’t bleeding anywhere so I continued. The trees became thick with only trickles of light. I hobbled carefully on the road that was becoming increasingly unpredictable. Boulders, vines, downed trees and unrecognizable sounds were invoking fear and uncertainty in me. Why did I walk down this path in the first place? I can’t turn back because the way is no longer clear. I must go forward.
It occurred to me this is the road to my future. Each obstacle is just a teacher on this path. I must learn to be unattached to the outcome of each obstacle.
Lightened from the burden of fear I walked on and went over, under, around or through each obstacle laid in front of me. It didn’t take long to find the end of the winding road.
There is was, exactly what I was looking for, my future in my own way.
You are the author of your own like. It’s east to say but hard to do. Why is it hard to do? because it is do easy to be distracted by other events that are going on. Maybe there is a mini crisis that needs to be handled immediately, like a flat tire or unexpected detour in you plans. That’s OK, stuff happens.
To be the author means doing personal work on your self first then re-emerge into your life with a new perspective. When you realize something about your self and change it, you are becoming a deeper person and your life gets easier. Writing you own life script by examining your self also makes you more compassionate and understanding as a world participant.
The more you delve into your own motivations the more you will understand others. Because you have been where some one else has been it is the gift of understanding to you and another.
I declare richness and fullness for my life.
I now choose to move away from the limiting beliefs that have been denying me the benefits I do desire.
I release all negative patterns that have contributed to fear of loss, being harmed, of poverty.
I release those negative patterns that have brought me pain, loneliness, self abuse, undeservingness and any other nonsense that may be lingering in some dark corner of my consciousness.
Louise Hay – Heart Thoughts
Limiting beliefs are usually hidden from our awareness. Write and say these affirmations and what you believe with come to the surface. Write each one 10 times say them many times during the day and at bedtime and in a mirror.

As Louise Hay mentions in her book “Heart Thoughts” “Each one of us is always working with the three year old child within us.”
Take care of the inner child and it will take care of you.
Write each affirmation 10 times, say them many times during the day especially in the morning and bedtimes and in a mirror.
I am a magnet for miracles.
Unknown and unexpected good is coming my way this day.
I change my consciousness, forgive those I need to forgive, and healing miracles occur.
Louise Hay – Heart Thoughts
We all need to heal something, the atmosphere is important too. Write these 10 times each say them many times during the day especially in the morning and bedtime. Mirror too.
I love being me.
I deserve joy.
I am on an ever-changing journey.
I heal myself on all levels.
My home is a peaceful haven.
I am at peace.
Louise Hay – Heart Thoughts
Don’t dwell on what does not work. Keep the focus on what does work. Write each one 10 times each, say them many times during the day especially in the morning and at bedtime. This time when you say them in front of the mirror notice how you feel.
Never criticize yourself for anything.
These wise words are from the book “You can heal your life” by Louise Hay. As I have mentioned before I’ve read the book a number of times. I started doing affirmations for about thirty days as suggested in the book and I feel much different since I started. I feel more confident and much clearer on my goals. That’s something I have always struggled with because I listened to my inner critic all the time.
Affirmations change what your subconscious hears and acts on.
Try them and silence that bad inner critic that makes so much trouble.
Happy, Happy, Joy, Joy.
I am willing to release all resistance.
I am willing to let go. I release. I let go. I release all tension. I release all fear. I release all anger, I release all guilt. I release all sadness, I let go of all old limitations. I let go, I am at peace.
Louise Hay
Resistance is your invisible foe. You will recognize it as your inner critic. Don’t listen to it. Write these affirmations 10 times each say them many times during the day especially in the morning and bedtime. Don’t forget to say them in a mirror.
