Heal Yourself

The deepest wounds we all carry are locked in our subconscious (out of our awareness). Deep memories and subtle impressions, from unfinished experience, rooted in the past. The pain from those wounds comes to revisit, to block and paralyze us in the moment called now. We all know it comes without warning – “Why am I feeling this way, I didn’t mean to do that, I don’t know what made me say that.” Healing does not mean finding and treating every single inner scar which send it message to haunt us. It means going even deeper, past those wounds, beyond those distant memories and recording of unfinished business, to the core of our self, to the heart of our spirit, where we find the light and warmth of our own core qualities of love and peace. They are eternally present within us they are what we need to heal all our inner wounds. That’s why this kind of deep healing is called spirituality and not therapy.

I rejoice in the Love I encounter every day.

I choose to make positive healthy choices for myself.

My life is a joy filled with love, fun, friendship, all I have to do is stop all criticism, forgive, relax, and be open.

There Is No Such Thing As Failure

Standard

There is no such thing as failure.

There is only information.

If something doesn’t work out there is important information there.

Don’t put emotion into it.

Just detach from whatever the situation is.

Stop agonizing and create distance.

Do not berate yourself.

Don’t project or make it worse that what is.

If your mind is racing tell it to stop immediately.

Distance will allow you to see what the information is.

From there you can decide which way to go.

If we were standing in your physical shoes, that would be our dominant quest: Entertaining Yourself, pleasing Yourself, connecting with Yourself, being Yourself, enjoying Yourself, loving Yourself. Some say, “Well, Abraham you teach selfishness.” And we say, yes we do, yes we do, yes we do, because unless you are selfish enough to reach for that connection, you don’t have anything to give anyone, anyway. And when you are selfish enough to make that connection—you have an enormous gift that you give everywhere you are.

When Times Are Difficult

Standard

When times are difficult we tend to seek support from others around us. If they don’t give us the support we expect we get disappointed and sigh off as being UN-supportive.

Challenge your expectations. Does the person have the capacity to give you the support you need at this time? Is it reasonable to expect constant, full support? Can you redirect your support needs elsewhere? Is this an opportunity for you to become more self sufficient and self reliant?

When you become more self sufficient and self reliant , you may just find others around you offering more support.

Intertwined Thru Darkness -Chris Anselm Mattessisch

Standard

Here’s a poem by my wonderful nephew Chris. Hope you enjoy his emotional and intuitive message.

“Our two Hearts will NeVer Grow AparT
Tho Circumstances can Drive us To different sides of the world, Our Hearts Forever intertwined in the Battle Of the EverLasting Heart of Pure Darkness..Both Seeking for the True Light Hidden Deep within the Shadows. And while we will Always Be Connected..We Shall Never get lost in the darkness…For even wen we cannot see our way…We Will Always See The Path To Each Other Hearts..And the CallinG of Each Others Souls.”

Love – Emmitt Fox

Standard

There is no difficulty that enough love will not conquer.

There is no disease that enough love will not heal.

No door that enough love will not open.

No gulf that enough love will not bridge.

No wall that enough love will not throw down.

And no sin that enough love will not redeem.

It makes no difference how deeply seated may be the trouble.

How hopeless the outlook.

How muddled the tangle.

How great the mistake.

A sufficient realization of love will dissolve it all.

And if you could love enough, you would be the happiest and most powerful person in the world.

May the light of your soul guide you.
May the light of your soul bless the work you do
with the secret love and warmth of your heart.
May you see in what you do the beauty of your
own soul.
May the sacredness of your work bring healing, light and renewal to those who work with you and to those who see and receive your work.
May your work never weary you.
May it release within you wellsprings of refreshment,
inspiration, and excitement.
May you be present in what you do.
May you never become lost in the bland absences.
May the day never burden.
May dawn find you awake and alert, approaching your
new day with dreams, possibilities, and promises.
May evening find you gracious and fulfilled.
May you go into the night blessed, sheltered and protected.
May your soul calm, console and renew you.
